Kansas City played host to the fourth PBR Bull Team Challenge event on Feb. 8-9. Seven teams competed in Missouri for a shot at the $20,000 first-place and $10,000 second-place prizes, but all of the teams have their eyes on the ultimate prize—the $250,000 the first-place team will take home in Las Vegas.

Big Machine edged out the competition by 1.75 points to claim first. “All of the bulls, as a whole, put together the best trip they've had so far,” said Cody Hebert of his Big Machine players. “If they could do that every time, they would be hard to beat. When I was putting together my team, I aimed for consistent bulls that were good – but bulls who could also have some exceptional trips.”

D&H/Enlow/Gilbert secured second with 222.25 points, while Boyd-FloydBullCo.com finished just a quarter of a point out of the money with 222. Big Machine's Cat Man Do scored the most points for his team with a 45.5, the second-highest mark of the team bulls (The Tom and Jerry Show's California Dreaming also had a 45.5). D&H/Enlow/Gilbert's Jacob's Pet had the highest bull team score with a 45.75, impressing fans and cowboys when he strutted his stuff in round one.

All of Big Machine's team bulls earned scores of at least 44 points — a surefire way to come out on top when facing such such a talented field. In addition to Jacob's Pet, the D&H team had two bulls score exceptionally high — Hustler (45) and Ricky Bobby(45.25). Ricky Bobby took J.B. Mauney to the highest marked ride of the event with a 91.5.

Boyd-Floyd had two 45s, courtesy of Camo and Fender Bender. Team bull The Game earned a 44.5 in the short go when he was matched up with Built Ford Tough Series points leader Guilherme Marchi, who was able to make it to the whistle for a 91.

All but one of Boyd-Floyd's bulls were in the short go. Both the Tom and Jerry Show and Big Machine had three of their five bulls in the championship round as well. For The Tom and Jerry Show, it was Big Bucks (45.25) and California Dreaming who posted the team's highest marks.

The Vikings high-scorers were North Dakota Kid (45.25) and Walk The Line (44.5). Red Carpet and Blizzard gave ExclusiveGenetics.com its highest scores, with a 44.75 and 44. Zipper Twister, with a 43, was the high-scoring bull for the Twisters.
